Tired of the same old same old?
There are so many benefits to diversifying your exercise workouts. Have you ever felt bored or complacent with the same routine? Your body does too. The more you do the same thing, the more efficient your body becomes at it. That’s why we offer so many different types of fitness classes, from Boot Camp to Barre, to Rebounding and Strength Training, our classes are always challenging and more importantly safe and effective. Our instructors are experts in their field and many hold advanced degrees in the fitness and wellness industry. They will teach you how to train to maximize your potential and challenge your ability while minimizing the risk of stress or injury to bones, muscles, and joints. Sure you’ll feel it the next day – but in a good way, knowing that what you did was an accomplishment, not a punishment.

One of the best things about our fitness classes, we take it outside! Our covered patio aligns with the Montour Trail running through the heart of Peters Township, where nature and fresh air provide the perfect setting for a great mind and body workout.
Meet our Director of Fitness, Heather King
Heather Blynn King is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Heather went onto study Physiotherapy at Chelsea School of Human Movement in the U.K. Heather is a National Physique Competitor (NPC) and holds certifications within Dance Alliance Performer and Seminar, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Precision Cycling and Physical Mind Institute Pilates. During her graduate degree, Heather held the position of Group Fitness Director at a nearby health & fitness club. Upon graduation, she began working as a Physical Therapist and then transitioned into Medical Device Sales, a career in which she currently holds now. Heather currently teaches Spin, Kettle and Roll, Boot Camp, Barre and Spin classes. She has a great passion for motivating others to encompass a lifestyle built on health, happiness, and positivity.
